My Brewing Journey
2012
Brewed my first batch (a misfired pale ale that sparked the obsession)
2014
Joined Erie Homebrewers Club and began experimenting with yeast strains
2016
Completed advanced brewing coursework through the American Homebrewers Association (AHA)
2017
Started participating in local tasting events and competitions
2018
Released first signature IPA: ‘Lake Effect Haze’
2020
Collaborated with a local café to craft a coffee stout using Erie-roasted beans
2022
Mentored new brewers and hosted community workshops
2024
